Steps

Wash and dry the jars; centre and fix the wicks.
Weigh the wax, melt it and add the weighed fragrance oil at the temperature on the wax's data sheet.
Pour, top up if the wax sinks, and leave to cool undisturbed.
Test-burn one candle before labelling the rest.

How to use it

Start a project, or press “Add to project planner” under any calculator on this site: its amounts arrive here as materials. Tick off what you already have, list your steps, and add a timer for each wait, such as wax resting before a test burn or resin curing.

Timers start when you press Start and keep counting while the page is closed, because only the start time is saved. Come back later and the card shows the time left. There is no alarm when the page is closed, so check back.

Everything is kept in this browser's local storage, on this device only. Clearing your browser's site data removes it, so copy or print a card you want to keep.

Questions

How long should I set the timers for?

Use the times on your own product. For example, Kerax asks for candles to rest 48 hours before a test burn, and ArtResin's sheet gives 24 hours to a hard cure and 72 to a full cure.

Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?

Each browser keeps its own cards. Copy a card as text to move it.

Does anything get uploaded?

No. Your cards never leave this browser.
