# Privacy

The short version: your measurements, recipes and project cards stay in your browser.

## The calculators

Every calculation runs in your browser. What you type into the tools is never sent to a server, and the site makes no network requests of its own after the page has loaded.

## What is stored on your device

Two things are kept in your browser's local storage, and only if you use them: your light or dark theme choice, and the cards in the [craft project planner](https://craftmirth.me/craft-project-planner/), including materials you add from a calculator. They stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes them.

## Page view counts

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or cross-site tracking. It never receives what you type into the tools. The site itself does not use cookies, has no accounts and shows no ads.

## Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as product data sheets, safety guidance and the two services in our Recommended section. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
